Yes - Remote Screening uses a posted hair sample for an off-site wellness assessment (about 180 minutes, R1 250), with a personalised conversation and written guidance.

It's individual. We set gentle, non-prescriptive expectations, and your plan is reviewed and fine-tuned at a follow-up, usually at 4-6 weeks.
