Nearly two decades of holistic practice

Like many of my colleagues, my path into holistic wellness began with my own journey back to health. I have been in practice since 2007, helping people gain a fuller, more connected understanding of their overall health and wellbeing. Holistic wellness isn't about the single symptom in front of you today. It's about you as a whole, interconnected person - body and mind - following the logic back to the underlying reasons and causes you may not be feeling your best.

As a wellness practitioner focused on preventative care, I draw on bio-resonance feedback, nutrition, systemic physiology, blood morphology and mental wellbeing to help you see the bigger picture - and I love helping newer practitioners learn to do the same. Come to your appointment with a notepad and pen; most people leave knowing more about their health than ever before. Knowledge is power, and what you do with the guidance we explore together is your own new adventure - one I look forward to walking with you.

An honest note on the title

Dr Anina Conradie holds an academic doctorate - a PhD in the Social Sciences (Wellness healthcare and Counselling). She is not a registered medical doctor and does not diagnose, treat, cure disease; she offers complementary wellness support alongside your medical care.

Holistic Health Practitioner

Isabella has been part of RBBH since 2024. A dedicated holistic health practitioner, she draws on homeopathy, herbalism, Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, nutrition, and live & dry blood analysis. She is continuing her studies through the Lifestyle Prescriptions University, with a focus on hormonal wellbeing from mid 2025. Isabella believes true wellbeing grows from a balanced lifestyle - when she isn't with clients she's outdoors, drawing inspiration from nature for her compassionate, evidence-minded approach. Your needs are unique to you, and she works to create a trustworthy space where they're met - supporting you every step of the way back to wellness.
